We offer you the Hippocampe Roz: cozy and comfortable apartment on the third floor, with lift, of a residence located opposite the superb beach of Trestraou.
180° view of the sea (150 m on foot).
Close to the Kasino, thalassotherapy, restaurants, bakery … and 10 min walk from the city center.
Close to the 7-island pier, the surf school, the customs officers' trail...
With a surface area of 43 m², it offers a sleeping capacity of 4 adults (and a cot if necessary).
It comprises :
- a bedroom with 140x200 bed and dressing room
- a living room with a 140x190 convertible sofa
- a bathroom with shower, sink and storage
- an equipped kitchen including oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, gas hob, fridge/freezer and everything you need
- a washing machine with dryer, steamer...
- a TV, board games, cards...
- free Wi-Fi access
- a cellar that can be used as a room for bikes, surfboards, boards, etc.
- linens provided
- extra towels (10 € / person / stay)
Apartment totally renovated at the beginning of 2022.
Arrival 4-7 p.m. and departure 11 a.m.
No assigned parking space but easy parking.
Rental contract to be signed on arrival with the inventory and on departure.
Payment of the balance on arrival (70% remaining) by check or cash upon delivery of the keys.
Deposit on arrival (apartment deposit €400 by check) + cleaning deposit (€60 by check).
Cleaning: removal of household waste and recyclable waste mandatory (dumpsters on site).
The beds must be unmade, the duvets folded and the dishes put away.
If the apartment is immaculate (as at the entrance), the cleaning deposit will be returned at the exit inventory.
Small respectful animals accepted (less than 10 kilos and silent).

"Bretagne magique"
Hébergement très douillet, deco sympa, très bien équipé, parking gratuit, ascenseur, proximité immédiate des plages/restos /thalassothérapie/école de voile/vedettes pour croisières… et une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie dé trestraou à Perros Guirec. Accueil et relationnel sympa avec les propriétaires. Bref le top !

Je vous recommande très fortement. Appartement superbe propre. Coquet. Très bien entretenu. Belle vue. Très bien situé. La propriétaire super sympa avec petit cadeau de bienvenue. Cidre. Galettes bretonnes... à recommander sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons. Très belle région
